Butte, Montana Panorama
My home town of Butte, Montana after sunset. I watched the clouds during the day and thought there was a chance for a great sunset. So I went up to this vista and waited. I've actually done this quite a few times. On this night, I got the fiery sky just as the city lights came on. Because Butte was built on a hill, it is really photogenic from this vista. I like the panoramic view with the snow capped Pintler mountains rising in the distance.
